LANCIA
Flaminia Touring GT
This rare Flaminia is one of only 166 produced from 1963 to 1965 and differs from the other versions for a lower and more sloping roof, and the two bucket seats of a true “GT”. The engine is the latest evolution of the 6-cylinder Lancia version 2.8 with 150 hp and the 3C or 3 Weber carburettors.
This car was sold new in Italy where it remained among various owners until 2013, when the owner from La Spezia sold it to a new Dutch enthusiast. Up to that point the car was in excellent condition, in fact the new owner decided not to undertake a restoration, but rather to preserve its original characteristics as much as possible. The car is then painted externally and mechanically overhauled, but the interior including the carpets, seats, headliner and rubber trunk mat remain the originals in excellent condition.
It returns to Italy in 2019 through an Italian collector who is looking for exactly this model due to its rarity, registers it with Italian license plates and uses it occasionally for a few years. With the entry into force of the new decree in August 2023, you will now be able to recover the first license plate number with which it was sold. The car is ready to drive and does not require any work.
